I offer guided breathwork sessions designed to help you release emotional tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner truth. Through intentional, conscious breathing, we create a safe space for deep emotional release, clarity, and healing—especially in areas such as relationships, self-worth, and life transitions.

My approach combines breath, presence, and compassionate guidance to support you in releasing stored stress, old patterns, and emotional overwhelm. Sessions can be deeply grounding, energizing, and heart-opening, allowing you to access insight, emotional freedom, and a greater sense of connection to yourself and others.

Breathwork is available in private 1:1 sessions, for couples seeking deeper connection and conscious communication, and in group settings for shared healing and collective support. Zoom sessions are available for all breathwork offerings, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own space.
